Petrescu & Partners Ltd. was founded as a Romanian consultancy company and is carrying out besides tax advisory services, accounting activities, especially consultancy services for branches of foreign companies in Romania. After including its Swiss partners as shareholders in the company, whose achievements are completing the general profile of our whole activity, Petrescu & Partners Ltd received in 2007 its final name. Since July 2005 we are members of CECCAR (Romanian Association of Certified Accountants).

Petrescu & Partners Ltd. has it’s headquarter and offices in the center of Bucharest. We provide a wide package of services for our clients with our 18 employees for the time being. This occurs under the still special Romanian conditions considering the Western-European context. Our team has a long year experience, gathered mainly during their activity in international consultancy companies or international enterprises. We hired German speaking employees, tmeet the special requirements of our german speaking clients.

Petrescu & Partners Ltd. provides services for over 60 enterprises tthe time being, which are mostly Romanian branches of internationally acting companies. Among these companies there are medium sized firms but alsenterprises quoted on the stock market as well, whose mother-companies have their residence mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our personnel has proficiency in German and English language besides their mother tongue.

Thanks tthe wide experience of our employees, we are covering alsmanagement positions in the finance and accounting departments of our clients, acting at the clients’ premises. We are offering this service especially in the start-up phase of the companies in Romania or during restructuring phases, after concrete analysis of demands.
